Need Advice on Procuring Gov Contract

Iâ€™ve been online navigating the labyrinth online realm of government contracts in hopes of ultimately securing one for my fire investigation company, but itâ€™s starting to seem circular. Any advice? Has anyone out there gone through the process of bidding on a federal or state-level contract before?
